Stage 4 Guidance for Businesses
As of July 19th, we will enter Stage 4. Most of the national restrictions will be lifted. Working guidance for each sector has been issued to assist businesses in preparing how to maximise safety (note that until then, we remain in Stage 3, and those restrictions continue to apply.)
Businesses are legally required to perform a health & safety risk assessment (RA) that includes the risk of COVID19 – and the reasonable steps taken to mitigate those risks identified. You can find out how to do a RA here.
It remains an offence to allow a worker to come in if you know they are self-isolating.
Please consult the guidance for your sector for detailed suggestions of how to reduce COVID19 risks in your business, and get in touch with us if we can be of any assistance.
