A Safer Ealing for Women
A Safer Ealing for Women
Following the recent tragic deaths of a number of London women who were murdered in public spaces, women’s safety has rightly become a national issue.
Across the country, 97% of British women aged 18-24 have experienced some form of harassment in public. We want Ealing to be, and feel, safe for women.
To help us understand the experiences and perceptions of women towards safety in our borough, the Safer Ealing Partnership want to hear the views of women and girls who live, work and travel in Ealing.
The three themes the consultation will seek answers on are:
- What role the Safer Ealing Partnership should play in creating safe spaces for women and girls.
- The locations and spaces where women and girls currently feel unsafe.
- The experiences of harassment and abuse of women and girls in the borough.
