New businesses on New Broadway

Heavenly Treats

Ealing just got sweeter, and for those with a sweet tooth, welcome to dessert heaven at 29 New Broadway, now serving delicious, indulgent joy all day long. This popular franchise with over 56 locations in the UK has a huge following and endorsements from celebrity influencers, making it a must-visit destination.

Salts Smokehouse

What started as a passion for steak became a driving force for three friends to unite as entrepreneurs and put on the table what had taken three years to perfect on the BBQ.

However, this isn't just any BBQ; it's a smoker, a piece of cooking equipment used for cooking at very low temperatures with smoke in a controlled environment. The smoke, rich with organic solid compounds, imparts a unique and complex flavour into the meat. The meat takes 20 hours of preparation from marination to the plate and is served directly from the warming ovens to maintain moisture and juiciness.

Entering the world of hospitality is not for the faint-hearted, nor is the commitment to offering a genuine 'Smokehouse' experience. However, it looks like Salts has filled a gap in the market for West London as they are attracting a broad audience and a firm following of returners @ 79 New Boadway.

Summer Courtyard festival

Thanks to funding and support from the UKSPF, Ealing Council. The Mayor of London and Make It Ealing Businesses we were able to ensure everyone could enjoy free family fun.

The event hosted an afternoon of jam-packed activities that included face painting, balloon magic, butterfly making, Disney Princesses, family pass-the-parcel with prizes for all, and musical statues. There was a disco finale for the whole family to dance together and catch the bubbles. New and established businesses passed out special offers and food samples on the brand-new Filmworks Walk, now open for business and a destination highlight for Ealing Broadway.

We owe special thanks and a debt of gratitude to the incredibly talented young people who volunteered up their time to perform at our event.
