And finally...

We say goodbye to the butterflies next week as summer officially ends. They have had a terrific positive reaction and made people smile, so we will invite them back next year with some additionality.

Accredited First Aid at Work training courses are back in the classroom on 14th November. Ensure your staff learn the practical aspect of First Aid training. Take advantage of this and book now. It's free for BID businesses.

Businesses should have received their 2023-24 bag allocation from Biffa.

We are no longer issuing tape for the cardboard collection. Businesses can now put cardboard into bags. If the card is too big to go into a bag, wrap a recycling bag around the card. Contact the BID office. Read more here

We also welcome a part-time member of staff, Armonela Cela, to the team, who will be dealing with the office admin.
