Job Description

Summit Studios and sister company Opinion Hub is a small but growing group of market research
businesses in West London. As a group we provide UK fieldwork, recruitment and research services
as well as meeting rooms and viewing facilities. We work with brands like MARS, Hasbro, DANONE,
BOSCH, BMW and Amazon as well as marketing and advertising agencies, inventors, start-ups and
charities. Well established for 20 years in the industry we are now looking to expand our team and
continuing leading the way in respondent recruitment, evolving, hitting tight deadlines and going the
extra mile for clients.

Our projects are always varied including respondent recruitment, in home tests, surveys and design,
mystery shopping, desk research, in-depth interviews and telephone interviews and central location
tests. Your role is to recruit quality participants matching clients brief, telephone interviewing,
account management, sales and marketing, being onsite while clients are conducting research to
ensure projects run smoothly, overseeing interviewing and central location tests as well as taking
new bookings and providing quotes.
Joining our dynamic, driven but friendly team you will need to be a quick learner, have an eye for
detail, able to work to tight deadlines and have a solid background in business to business. We
provide full training so experience is not essential but a passion for people and self drive is.

● Venue bookings and managing diaries
● Working to deadlines and budgets
● Project management from start to finish

Basic salary of £20,000, plus bonus after 3 months. OTE £24,000 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Full time: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (or 1.30pm - 10.30pm, up to two afternoon/evenings per
Part time: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm (or 1.30pm - 10.30pm up to two afternoon/evenings per
week) option to work from home Fridays 9am to 1pm/3pm

It is essential applicants live within 30 minute travel time to Ealing Broadway. Successful candidates
may have a background in recruitment, market research, sales, account management,
telemarketing, events or hospitality.

Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal essential. We may also have a role for a Senior Project Manager or Fieldworker.
