Questors: FOH Operations Manager

The Questors, the UK’s largest community theatre in the heart of Ealing, are searching for a new Front of House (FOH) Operations Manager.

The FOH Operations Manager is primarily responsible for FOH procedures including managing of FOH rotas, training and recruitment of volunteers; and the upkeep of the FOH areas of the building, including monitoring cleaning and recycling, ensuring the fire and evacuation systems are regularly inspected and maintained, and that health and safety procedures for the public are always followed.

The FOH Operations Manager and the Technical Manager jointly share responsibility for managing the site, its maintenance, usage and staffing.
