Make It Ealing Security Intel has moved to ALERT (ShopSafe) 

We have updated our Security Intel scheme to ALERT (part of the ShopSafe umbrella). This platform answers all concerns around GDPR and will enable information sharing that conforms to the current legislation.
The WhatsApp platform has been a great introduction and proven how we can successfully assist each other in combatting crime, so moving over to the ALERT App platform will enable us to store and share data and create offender galleries and alerts all within the app. Another advantage of the app is instant messaging; it functions just like WhatsApp.

To join the “Make It Ealing intel group” on ALERT, the BID office needs to verify your name and business. We will then email you a sign-up link to the group via the ALERT platform.
It does not have to be a business email address, as it is only required to log in and gain access to the Make It Ealing intel group. After that, you can use your phone’s secure ID capability to log in to the app.

App users can report intelligence and upload pictures to the offender gallery. Please be aware that the admin team will review and approve all information uploaded before publishing for general view.

We encourage all businesses to join the Make It Ealing ALERT platform as it will enhance collaboration and intelligence sharing in a secure and GDPR-compliant manner. However, we will significantly impact crime statistics if every crime, no matter how small, is reported to the police via 101 or online.
