JUST A CARD - INDIE WEEK is back! Now in its fourth year, JUST A CARD - Indie Week is about bringing the might of the JUST A CARD community together to shout from the rooftops about the importance of valuing and buying from artists, makers and independent shops and small businesses during the crucial Christmas period. An antidote to the fast-purchase culture of Black Friday, JUST A CARD - Indie Week is your chance to shine, your opportunity to celebrate and share your work, stories and communities, both on social media and in the wider world.

Small Business Saturday UK is a grassroots, non-commercial campaign, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to 'shop local' and support small businesses in their communities.
The day itself takes place on the first Saturday in December each year, but the campaign aims to have a lasting impact on small businesses.
On Small Business Saturday, customers across the U.K. go out and support all types of small businesses, online, in offices and in stores. Many small businesses take part in the day by hosting events and offering discounts.
This year we will have pop up collections around London, making it easier for you to drop off your old, warm winter coats safely & locally. Watch our social media & website for details on how to donate & get in touch if you'd like to volunteer!
When friend of Elev8 Fitness, World Power Lifting Champion & Firefighter John Chart was diagnosed with MND last year, we knew we had to do something to help raise awareness.
MND stands for Motor Neurone Disease, and it affects the brain and nerves - essentially shutting down your muscular system. People know very little about it, it affects even the strongest of people and 1 in 300 of us will be diagnosed with it. There is currently no cure, and there is very little awareness of the condition. And we want to change that!
