We have invited local chocolatier Lucy Savage from Handmade in Ealing Chocolate & Confectionery to present an unforgettable evening experiencing the wonderful flavours and flavour combinations of chocolate & gin pairing using gin supplied by Sipsmith.
Paired with Lucy’s choice of single origin chocolate from around the world and her own handmade fine ganache bon bons, we guarantee you will discover tastes like no other.
Starting with a Sipsmith gin and tonic welcome drink and a range of canapés supplied by the Soane's Kichen team, you’ll then learn about the fascinating world of artisan chocolate before learning how to taste chocolate and understanding how it pairs well with gin. You’ll then roll your own gin truffles, adding typical gin botanical inclusions, which you’ll then package to take away.
Lucy’s gin bon bons will available to buy at the end of the evening.
