Ealing hairdressers are continuing to cut hair for wigs for the Little Princess Trust. The Little Princess Trust provides free wigs made from real hair to children & young people who have lost their own hair due to treatment for cancer or other conditions. Since they began in 2006, they have supplied over 8000 wigs and invested £5 million into vital research on childhood cancer.

Since January 2020, Headmasters have been the official partner salon for this incredible charity. Their Creative & Communications Director Andrew Barton explains, “In my work as the Hairdressing Ambassador for The Little Princess Trust I’m acutely aware of the effect that hair loss has on a child. Hair is such a personal part of your identity and understanding how connected people are to their hair is an essential part of good experience for any client. At Headmasters our philosophy is beautiful, confidence-boosting hair and I’m thrilled that Headmasters are now the Official Salon for The Little Princess Trust and can help to raise awareness for this outstanding charity. Fundraising is a huge part of Headmasters DNA so much so that we even have a dedicated Award to the salon who raises the most for our chosen charity in one year.  All of our Stylists are fully trained to help clients who want to donate their hair and support The Little Princess Trust.”

So if you are thinking of donating your locks and you have more than 12 inches, pop down to Headmasters Ealing where they will cut your hair for free & give you a special certificate to say thank you.

Other salons also see clients coming in to donate their tresses, such as this gorgeous cut by hairdresser Tweedy at Toni & Guy Ealing

Keep up the good work guys.
