£100 Pavement License about to be made permanent!
The Levelling Up Bill is at the report stage in the House of Lords and requests the provision under sections 1 to 9 of the Business and Planning Act 2020 to be made permanent. If successful, this will be fantastic news for the hospitality sector, saving £1000’s per year compared to the council’s advertised tables and chairs fees. PDF details here
