Graphic Designer

One of the UK’s foremost organic retailers is currently looking to recruit a skilled and highly creative Graphic Designer at their Head Office in Ealing, West London. This a part-time role, 25 hours per week, and offers an exciting opportunity for a talented and innovative designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a rapidly expanding business.

The Role

As part of the Marketing team you would be tasked with creating compelling content across a range of media, including in-store printed POS, flyers, posters, online, social media, webpages, email campaigns, and magazines. You would also be responsible for product packaging plus supporting some exhibitions and displays etc.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Produce visuals, graphic material and compelling pictures for social media feed and company website
  • Produce designs and manage ordering and production of store POS and signage
  • Co-ordinate with outside agencies, printers etc, negotiate the best deals
  • Manage photoshoots from start to finish

You would be expected to keep abreast of latest design tools and working practices and will maintain an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

The Candidate

The role will suit an exceptional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and experience creating innovative content within fast-paced commercial environments. You must have…

  • An understanding of web publishing and content management systems
  • Knowledge of large format graphics plus experience managing print production
  • Excellent IT skills, including Adobe design tools – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Good photography skills, capable of producing on-trend images
