Continuing Professional Development, or CPD for short is the term that describes a person’s commitment to improving their skills and professional competence over their working life.

The CPD Certification Service helps organisations provide certified CPD and acts as a point of contact for members seeking to obtain certified CPD material. It supports further learning initiatives being undertaken by Government, professional institutions, trade associations, individual organisations, training providers and so on.

We are based in Ealing, West London and our rate of growth now means we need to recruit. Full training will be provided by the existing job holder who is taking up another post in the organisation.

The main part of the role will be to act as the voice of the company by answering all incoming calls. It is imperative that the successful applicant has a good speaking voice and can demonstrate previous experience in working in an office environment.
The other parts involve the provision of support to a busy office environment by undertaking other defined internal administrative tasks such as supplies ordering.
The successful applicant must have a good general standard of education, a pleasant speaking voice and an excellent command of English. Ability to work with Microsoft Office products is a requirement as is the willingness to work in a team environment, be flexible and pay due attention to detail.
