Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive pay of £11.25 an hour to start, and a working week is 39 hours.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced retail assistant manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.
You will assist with ensuring the smooth running of the store to maximise sales and minimise costs.
Enable to lead, train, and motivate a team with a hands-on approach.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be adaptable and able to solve problems.
What are we looking for?:
Experience with team leading or supervising within food service or a retail setting.
A good communicator with a track record of success in previous roles.
Able to take responsibility within a face paced environment and provide high levels of customer service
What you will be responsible for:
Assisting the manager in the general day to day running the store
Taking a full ownership when shop manager on holidays or day off
Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop
Our Assistant manager supports the manager in the day to day operations of a retail store
Training and development of team members to a high level.
Sandwich and food production standards, as well as rolling up your sleeves yourselves.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming from customers.
