MORE POLICE PRESENCE ON EALING BROADWAY

One of our most significant achievements in our current BID term was to bring the scale of shoplifting to the attention of decision-makers. Businesses had become disenchanted with reporting crime, because the “low” value did not elicit an appropriate ‘Law and order” response.

Through My local Bobby Make It Ealing identified offenders, created reports using GDPR-compliant software, and reported all offences to the MET database. As the stats increased due to continuous reporting, attention began to focus on the area’s issues, and we are starting to see a greater police presence. We shared information with the police and joined them on operations to identify prolific offenders. Check out a MET police and My Local Bobby joint operation on Ealing Broadway, posted on social media.

CURRENCY OF TRUST

Check out the Retail Gazette review on the new currency of trust, and how reviews of your products or services could be the pathway to success.
The reality is, the first thing many customers search for isn’t the product or price. It’s the reviews. Read more here.
