  • Job Title: Cleaning Operative – Retail Sector
  • Reporting to: Cleaning Team Leader
  • Salary: £9.00 p/h

A most loving Shopping Centre in West London is looking for a cleaning operative with a right attitude to gel into a high performing cleaning team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with 12-24 months of cleaning experience in Retail Shopping Centre environment. In return, the person will benefit from working in a challenging but rewarding career with us. If you are the right candidate you will be well versed with cleaning ride-on equipment (Scrubbers, Jet wash, High-Level cleaning), recycling, basic health and safety. You will have the right attitude with right organisation skills to grow into this role and progress your career with us.

Job Detail:

  • Carrying out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the assigned work schedules ensuring all areas are in line with contract specification / SLA’s.
  • Carrying out cleaning machine/equipment/materials checks and follow up actions within the agreed time frames and processes
  • Conducting patrols and report defects found during the task or walk around.
  • Operating and adherence to the client and Company procedures and processes.
  • Undertaking the role as per training in emergency for the operation and site.
  • Attend, represent and actively take part in all required daily briefings and training   activities.
  • Flexibility to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday / sickness / absence.
  • Any other duties requested by line management.
