Coffee Shop All-Rounder

ARTISAN is an award winning independent coffee shop located in Putney, Stamford Brook, Ealing and East Sheen. At Artisan we are obsessively passionate about coffee and pride ourselves in pulling the perfect espresso each time, with consistent attention to detail.

First Artisan opened its doors in Putney in 2011 and in 2012 Artisan won the Gold Award for the Coffee Bar Independent of the Year presented by the Cafe Society. In January 2013 Artisan extended in Stamford Brook with a sister shop; and our third shop in Ealing opened in August 2014; followed by East Sheen in June 2015. Artisan is featured in the London Coffee Guide 2017, with Ealing being ranked in the Top 30 in London.

Artisan is a coffee shop that is consistently busy and requires a FULL TIME All-Rounder that is enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare quality food items, such as sandwiches, soup and other food products consistently to every customer, every time – this will involve 6am starts;

• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers;

• Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume and multi-task effectively.

Personal Attributes The suitable candidate will ideally be:

– Preferably experienced in working in hospitality

– Able to pick up new skills easily

– Willing to work hard in a team

– Fun and outgoing with a sense of humour

– Fluent in English and legally able to work in the UK
