About the job
We are currently looking for a passionate leader to take charge of our brand-new venue! You will take a pro-active approach and know how to get the most out of your team through consistent training and development, setting a clear direction for the venue and listening to guest feedback, building it into your overall vision for the space.

- Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 dependent on experience
- Place of work: Ealing Broadway, W5
- Designated working hours: 40 hours per week, (evening and weekend work will be required).
- Benefits: Cinema tickets, bonus scheme, discounts in venue.
- Reporting to: Operations manager and senior team.
