FULL-TIME PERMANENT SUPERVISOR

Beauty Base is a fast expanding company which is looking for bright and hungry candidates. Opportunities for progression and to run your own store are available as we are planning on opening a number of stores in the near future.

10 OUT OF 10 OF OUR EXISTING MANAGERS HAVE BEEN PROMOTED FROM WITHIN THE COMPANY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will help your Store Manager to:

Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.

· Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes

· Daily Cashing up

· Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.

· Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)

· Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.

· Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Refunds and Exchanges

· Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office

Full-time role with variable hours.

Salary: £9.00-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends

Experience:

Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Retail: 2 years (Preferred)
