Job Description and Summary

We’re proud to be the very first London restaurant to make ramen our game, opening a small hole-in-the-wall ramen bar in Soho – back in 2012. Fast forward to today, and we now have 10 restaurants in our group – with big plans to grow even further!
Every morning, our chefs put pot to stove and start making our signature stocks from scratch. While the stock simmers, our fresh noodles are made over at our Haggerston restaurant – using mid-century noodle making machines, imported from Japan. 
We want to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. One that leaves them wanting more! And that’s where you come in…

Supervisor Duties

Your focus will be to work on the floor – ensuring a smooth running of the restaurant, alongside supporting, training and supervising the team, driving sales, and working with the GM to understand the local area and competition. Other duties include making sure everything is up to scratch with our Health & Safety checks – completion of the necessary documentation, ensuring the food we’re serving is the very best it can be, and working with your team to achieving KPIs – Mystery Shopper Results, H&S and Food Hygiene.
