TLCW is looking for Bike Mechanics!

TLCW services all types and brands of bike so whether you are a specialist or a generalist bike mechanic looking for a serious opportunity to work in a growing and exciting bike repair business, we’d like to hear from you.

We want bike mechanics with prior workshop experience who are able to quickly diagnose technical problems, work efficiently to fix them and who are adept at using the broad range of bike tools. We value training and the passing on of knowledge – any specialist bike mechanic skills would be welcome.

We do a brisk trade in accessories, parts and in fulfilling bespoke client requests so shop floor experience, along with product knowledge and an understanding of bike industry supply chains is, therefore, desirable but it not essential.
