Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery is looking for a Visitor Services Assistant Manager
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join a passionate
and committed team to develop our visitor experience offer. Reporting to the
Front of House Manager at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, the Visitor Experience
Assistant Manager is a key post assisting with the management of Pitzhanger
Manor’s commercial and operational practices.
The post will be central in developing an outstanding visitor experience team who
demonstrate the highest standards of services and commerciality as PMGT grows
from our successful reopening in March 2019. The majority of this team are
volunteers and their motivation and management crucial to the Trust’s success.
The Visitor Experience Assistants work across all areas of the customer journey
except catering covering the visitor welcome, gallery and manor invigilation and
shop.
Leading by example you will embody the can-do team culture within our front of house team that achieves efficient and effective long-term internal operations. The Visitor Welcome, gallery invigilation and Retail sales team are interchangeable, with the Visitor Assistants and volunteers working across all areas of the costumer journey except catering.
Reports to: Front of House Manager
Location: Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery Mattock Lane, London W5 5EQ
Salary: £23,000-£24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
